Armour Day
The biggest day of the year for Under Armour teammates is Armour Day -- a day when the global team gathers to celebrate the brand with volunteer activations, games, a concert and on-stage moments featuring executives and athletes.

In 2022, Armour Day was held at the Baltimore Ravens' football stadium and featured Common as the headline performer, with appearances from the football star Jonathan Taylor, sprinter Natasha Hastings as well as the executive team.
Our Journey to Compete
The theme for the '22 Armour Day was "Our Journey to Compete", which reflected the shift in the brand's strategy and consumer's mindset. The graphic's reflected the focus on the team, and the team sport athlete, as well as some nods to Under Armour's past, present and future.
